You can apply to exhibit right now, using the form below.

  • Booth sizes start at 10-1/2 x 10 and increase in 2’ increments. Booth prices start at $425 for a 10-1/2 x 10 and increase at a rate of $20 per foot from that point depending on size and location thereby giving an automatic discount for larger booths (A double booth is $600; corners or walls add $25-$50 each depending on location).

  • Pipe & Drape is provided behind all center booths and is included at no additional charge; pipe & drape for the sides of the booth are $25 per side; pipe & drape for the back of wall booths are $2.50 per foot.

  • You may bring your own tables, or rent them through us at $15 per table. We have tables available in 4’, 6’, and 8’ lengths.

  • Security badges for the show are $2 per badge.

  • Show insurance is $15 per booth and covers you for $1,000,000 in liability.

  • If you need electricity for your booth, the charge for electrical hookups is $55 per 500 watts. I always recommend that dealers provide lighting for their booths as the lighting in the building is adequate but usually not bright enough to do justice to your merchandise.

  • Showcases and Wallboard/Pegboard are available thru R & R Showcase Rental at 213-622-9450.

  • Safes are available through Atlas Safe at 800-300-3717.
